Who do you work with?

Radiate Fitness is 100% focused on coaching women.

(Sorry guys, but Coach Devin is the only boy allowed) 

Even though women make up 75% of all personal training clients in the fitness industry, most trainers have never studied women’s physiology.

Fewer have studied the effects of menopause, polycystic ovarian syndrome, pregnancy, childbirth, c-sections, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasic recti, and hormonal cycles on exercise & nutrition.

We have. We’ve learned from the best of the best and are eager to share our knowledge and skills with you, to help you radiate fitness from the inside out.

  • Supplement recommendations, if needed, but we will never require shakes, pills, or expensive supplements

Who are you?

We’re your coaches – Kara Soucy & Devin Gray.

We’re professional coaches and personal trainers, working with clients full-time.

Both of us are experienced and educated, holding many of the industry’s top certifications and constantly learning from leaders in health & fitness.

Together, we’ve coached more than 10,000 in-person personal training sessions before founding Radiate Fitness. Both Kara & Devin also own separate in-person training businesses and have for years.

We teamed up after discovering that we share the same philosophies for fitness & nutrition.

Namely:

  • Strength training is the first priority for fitness.
  • Healthy habits, mindful eating, and nutrition education are more effective than diets.
  • Fitness is both lifestyle and skill. It requires practice and patience.
  • We’re both skilled in injury post-rehabilitation, although we don’t offer that online.

Once we’ve all decided on what healthy habits to focus on, whether that’s getting in 3 workouts this week or eating protein at every meal, we’ll check in with you and keep you on track.

We use our custom fitness & nutrition apps to help us with this, plus good old-fashioned check-in texts, office hours for video calls, a private Facebook community, and weekly check-in e-mails.

We won’t let you miss your goals.

And when things get tough, and changing your life always does, we’re there to help you take a breath, adjust if needed, and stay on track, too.

Devin writes all of the workouts and nutrition plans for Radiate Fitness. He’s been a full-time personal trainer since 2011 and has owned a garage gym studio since 2014. Devin has trained over 10,000 clients and is highly experienced in women’s personal training.
