I love this fat loss seminar because it dispels a ton of nutrition myths.
For example – carbs don’t make you fat, and neither does insulin.
Not just that, but hormones in general aren’t responsible for weight gain. Neither is fat. And neither are carbs.
Then, I threw out all the food rules that hold people back and often lead to unhealthy relationships with food.
For example – it doesn’t matter how many meals you eat per day, or how late at night you eat.
Finally, I covered the pro’s and con’s of popular diets, including keto, intermittent fasting, and Atkins.
